Conditions and criteria – جائزة المركز الوطني للنخيل والتمور

Submissions must be in Arabic or English languages
For all NCPD International Prize categories, nominees’ work (Research article/product/technology) must not already be used for other awards and previous national or international competitions.
Winners of any round may not re-apply for candidacy until three years.
Entrants could only apply for a single category. Multiple applications from a single person for different categories will not be entertained.
All application files will be kept at the headquarters of the NCPD International Prize secretariat in the strictest secrecy and must not be returned to candidates, whether they win or not.
The applicant specifies the framework in which the work was carried out and the potential and active partners as well as the source(s) of financing. potential and active partners, and funding source(s).

Best Scientific Research Prize

Applicants must provide an undertaking that the results/innovations submitted to the scientific committee are solely from their own research. The applicant may optionally submit one to three additional scientific articles but associated with the proposed theme/topic.

Innovative Technology Excellence Prize

Applications must be submitted by the head of the entity (Universities / Research centers / private companies / Organizations / Startups).

New Product Development Prize

Applications must share must provide us an undertaking on their institute letterhead that findings/innovations submitted to the scientific committee are solely from his/her own research (in case of applicant as an individual) In case the applicant is an entity, then the application must be submitted by the head of the entity (Universities / Research centers / private companies / Organizations / Startups).
